Flanders (VLAIO): SME (kmo) portfolio
The SME portfolio is a measure that gives you, as an entrepreneur, financial support for purchasing services that improve the quality of your business. Specifically, these are training and consultancy services. Vinçotte Academy is a registered service provider for the themes "job-specific competencies" and "digitization - cyber security". Small enterprises receive 30% support, medium-sized enterprises 20%. The maximum annual support ceiling is €7,500.
We advise you to apply for your subsidy immediately as soon as you register or place an order. The registration amount (excl. VAT) can be found on our website or in the confirmation email of your registration. You therefore do not have to wait for your invoice. Subsidy applications submitted later than 14 days after the start of the course are no longer eligible!

Our e-learnings are not eligible for the SME (KMO) portfolio subsidy. There is no interaction with the instructor.
Walloon Government (Forem): Training Voucher (Chèque-Formation)
With the Training Voucher (Chèque-Formation) you receive financial help to train your employees in one of the recognized training centers. The voucher has a value of €30 and is valid for 1 hour of training per employee.
Conditions:
- An SME whose head office is located in Wallonia and whose working language is French, a self-employed person as main or secondary occupation, or a collaborating spouse;
- Have a maximum of 250 employees OR be self-employed;
- Have a turnover of up to 50 million euros OR a balance sheet total below 43 million euros;
- Be an independent enterprise (definition Chèque-Formation).
New Walloon Government rule regarding training vouchers: all recognized courses taking place from 01.04.2017 onwards entitle you to a maximum of 7 vouchers/participant/day. Feel free to contact us for more information.
