Vinçotte Academy offers you innovative and sustainable training opportunities across various areas of expertise. Safety is about complying with general legislation, but also about applying practical tips on the shop floor.

Our areas of expertise:

VCA/VCU

VCA stands for Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Contractors Checklist. It is a method developed to assess and certify contractors’ safety management systems in an objective and structured way.

The VCA course makes your (temporary) employees aware of possible risks and hazards in the workplace. We teach them the basic principles of safety—focused on the most important day-to-day risks—and how to prevent accidents and assess risks.

Electricity

Your employees come into contact with electrical installations every day, and that is not always without danger. As an employer you are obliged to encourage your employees to work safely.

With the right training you ensure that all employees know how an electrical installation must be built, expanded, operated and maintained (in accordance with the General Regulations on Electrical Installations, AREI).

Lifting and hoisting equipment

To work at height, you use a wide range of lifting, hoisting and other equipment. Employees who can handle this smoothly, efficiently and safely are crucial for you - and for us too!

Moreover, the Belgian Code on Well-being at Work stipulates that these employees must be trained for these tasks.

Standards

At regional, federal, European and international level there are various standards that define the required characteristics for a specific process, product or service.

In our courses we give those responsible for quality assurance and quality management systems greater insight into business processes. This increases the quality and efficiency of your organization.
