We tailor not only the content but also the approach to the specific needs of your organization. Moreover, from the start of the collaboration you have a fixed point of contact for all your questions or comments.

• Intake: together with you we review the objectives of the various courses. Based on your input we shape the program and provide all necessary practical information.
• Theory: in a theoretical course we clarify all relevant background information. Afterwards we can also set up a knowledge test, for which—if applicable—we also provide all online tools.
• Practice: in practice we work with interactive presentations, new teaching spaces and equipment (such as our mobile high-voltage cabin) and unique learning formats. Thanks to the ‘real life’ experience, we easily teach your employees safe behavior in practice; an evaluation moment is also possible here.
• Evaluation: based on your feedback we assess whether you are satisfied with the effect of the course. If there are additional questions or practical bottlenecks, we are happy to provide a follow-up track.
